Findo is a personal note-taking and organization platform designed exclusively for individual, non-commercial use.

This service allows you to save, organize, and annotate property information that you have personally discovered while browsing property listing websites. Findo functions as a digital notebook to help you track and compare properties during your personal home search.

All content you save to Findo is for your personal records only. Any data, images, or information from third-party property listing websites remains the property of those respective websites and their content providers. By using Findo, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and to respect all third-party intellectual property rights.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Findo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Findo reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that are used for commercial purposes or in violation of third-party terms of service.

5. Property Information and Third-Party Content

Findo is a note-taking tool that helps you organize property information you have found elsewhere. When you save a property URL to Findo, you are creating a personal reference for your own use.

All property listings, images, descriptions, and data originate from third-party property listing websites (such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and others). These materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their terms of service and intellectual property rights.

By using Findo to save property information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party websites you visit
  • You will only save property information for your personal, non-commercial use
  • You will not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any property information
  • Findo does not claim ownership of any third-party content and acts solely as a personal organization tool

6. Financial Calculations

Cost calculations, mortgage estimates, and financial projections provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They should not be considered financial advice. Consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Findo Listing Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This ownership does not extend to any third-party content (such as property listings, images, or descriptions) that you save to Findo from external sources.

8. User Responsibility for Third-Party Access

When you use Findo to save property information, you are acting on your own behalf as an individual user accessing publicly available property listings for your personal home search.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are personally responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party websites you visit and from which you save property information
  • Findo does not direct, authorize, or control your access to third-party websites
